This week we spent two days at University Centre Hastings to give 13- and 14-year-olds a taste of film composing.

They got to score a great piece of film very kindly donated by director Ali Graham of Grarg. Each workshop split into two groups – one scored it as a comedy, the other as a thriller. We finished by  recording each soundtrack live as the film played on a big projector screen. [click to continue…]
